Technology:Students used AppleWorks to answer the following questions:

What are you going to do when you get to Jamestown?

Why are you good at your job?

The students were to use the "draw" portion of the program to show a picture of their occupation. The students saved their work in a common folder on the file server. Students could access their files from any computer in the school.

Hyperstudio was another program that was used. Students were given a template to fill in various information such as colonial food, religion, shelter, clothing, jobs, education and illness. They were to do their research on the internet and keep track of their resources by doing a bibliography.
