Good Morning Nuuanu, Miss Sally here for the 4th B-Be Healthy! Last show we talked about the importance of eating five servings of fruits and vegetables a day to help your body be healthy. There is another important five that we need to stay fit and healthy. Lets watch short video to find out what that five is!

Yes Nuuanu, 60 minutes of exercise for five days a week for grown ups and children is just what we all need to be fit .
Fit Kids feel good, have lots of energy, and grow up healthy and strong.
Be active everyday! It doesn't matter what you do, you just gotta move!

Fun Fitness Activities
Play outside every day
Walk with your family and friends.
Run and play games like tag
Hike with your friends and family.
Jump rope.
Zip around your neighborhood on your bike.
Rollerblading is a blast!
Martial Arts are really fun. Try Karate!
Use your skateboard to get around.
Gymnastics helps your balance, strengthens your muscles, and keeps your body flexible.
Team sports like softball and baseball are fun to play.
The goal of soccer is to get outside and have fun!
Playing basketball really keeps you moving!
Be a Fit Kid Remember, it doesn't matter what you choose to do as long as you're active every day! Just wait till you see how great you'll feel! Better, faster, stronger, live longer!
