Good Morning Nuuanu! Miss Sally here again to talk to you about the 4th be-beeeee healthy.
Last show, we talked about the importance of hand washing, I hope you all are practicing good hand washing!
This time, we will talk about one of the most important meals of the day---Breakfast! MMMMM breakfast can be so yummy, cereal, pancakes, waffles, eggs, toast, oranges, bananas, oatmeal…..oops sorry I got carried away! Now, where were we? Oh yes, the importance of eating a good breakfast.
Your body is a very complicated engine that needs fuel to be able work well. What is it that fuels your body? Why, good, nutritious foods of course!
Sometimes we wake up and are so rushed in the morning; our tummies just don’t feel like eating. But what happens if we decide to skip breakfast? Why, we run out of gas! Like a car, if your body does not have fuel, it cannot function!
Be Healthy and our friends from I2 have a special treat for you to explain about the importance of breakfast!
