Good Morning Nuuanu! Miss Sally here again to talk to you about the 4th B-Be Healthy! Last time we talked about the importance of Eating Breakfast- Did everybody have a good breakfast today? ------------- I can see that you did! Excellent!
Today, we will talk about –bump bump bah- Following Nuuanu Rules. I know , I know, you all are tired of hearing it, but rules are super important and help to keep us healthy! Now what on earth does following the rules have to do with being healthy? EVERYTHING!
Be Respectful- When we are respectful to others it helps us to feel good about ourselves, and when we feel good about ourselves, we are healthier inside and outside!

Be Responsible- When we are responsible, we take care of our business and get things done when we need to, that helps keep us stress-free, an essential part of being healthy!

Be Safe- When we are safe and take care, we can avoid getting hurt. If we get hurt, it takes more energy for our bodies to heal, and affects everything about our health!
