Upcoming Dates/Important Information

1.    The Kids Heart Challenge is from November 3rd – 21st. Information was sent home with your child. Please click on the link for more information.
 
2.    There is no school for students on:
  • Wednesday, November 5th (Parent Teacher Conferences)
  • Tuesday, November 11th (Veterans Day)
  • November 27th & 28th (Thanksgiving Break) 
3.    Pre-ordered Sweet Little Mochi pick up is on Friday, November 7th between 2:00pm – 5:00pm at our Nu'uanu Gym. Click here for more information.
 
4.    Aikane’s Campus Beautification is on Saturday, November 8th from 9:00am – 12:00n. Please bring your gloves, weed whackers, rakes, loppers, pruners, and gardening equipment.
 
5.    If your child would like to retake their school picture, picture taking retakes is on Wednesday, November 12th.
 
6.    Aikane’s Family Fun Night 2026 Kickoff Meeting is on Tuesday, November 18th at 5:30pm in the cafeteria. This is Nu'uanu School’s biggest fundraising event. Please join us to learn more about how you can make Family Fun Night a huge success. Please email Kahele at [email protected] if you plan to attend. Refreshments will be served.
 
7.    Help us come up with a theme for Family Fun Night 2026. Winner will receive $15.00 in Family Fun Night Scrip. Submit your idea here. Entries are due by Friday, November 14th. Good luck! One entry form per student.
 
8.    On Wednesday, November 26th around 8:20am, we will be practicing our annual school emergency drills and walking to Nu'uanu Valley Park (weather permitting) for our schoolwide evacuation drill.
 
9.    Our School Community Council (SCC) virtual meeting is on Tuesday, December 2nd at 2:40pm.
